The Dubai office is managed by Kelly Marie Mackinnon who has worked within the Event Management trade for many years and has extensive knowledge and experience within this industry exceeding clients expectations every time.

After spending years in front of cameras as a model in the UK, Kelly Marie Mackinnon decided it was time for a change and moved her life and career to the UAE in 2007, where her networking and determination quickly elevated her profile and success. During time spent driving a number of UAE model industry organisations Kelly also spearheaded the successful establishment of a startup agency, before deciding to branch out with her own entity - Lush Group ME.
Having worked diligently to make a name for herself as a confident, fair and efficient model booker and agency manager, Kelly has built an impressive portfolio of clients, who have loyally followed her between organisations and remain with her today - thanks largely to her integrity and hands-on approach, which can be a prized commodity in the industry.
Learning from her diverse experiences within the industry, Kelly has now established an organisation which is set to become one of the leading agencies of its kind in the Gulf and she is focused upon differentiating Lush Group ME from competitors in new and meaningful ways.
Claire Hughes

Claire's career for many years was in the UK, she started in the food and beverage industry which naturally evolved into the entertainment sector organising exclusive events for many establishments in the South of England, because of her diverse people skills she was offered a fantastic opportunity to work as a leading sales manager in one the largest telecommunications company in the UK, travelling all over the country building a wealth of experience in the fine art of sales.
In 2006 Claire decided to have a family and is the very proud mother of two wonderful children and in that time chose to travel to many different countries and enjoy expatriate life.
Claire's true passion has always been fashion and entertainment and in her spare time chose to diligently study in these sectors.
Claire's determination, motivation and ability to juggle many situations has always made her top of whichever industry she has chosen to be part of and therefore makes her an invaluable member of the LUSH group.
Cecie Stockton
Operations Manager & Photographer
Cecie has been in Dubai for over 4 years now and has made a name for herself for being part of the in crowd. Coming from the Hip & trendy town of Bournemouth working as a recruitment consultant she decided she needed a change.
Having a keen eye for photography she has gradually built her experience doing Model portfolios, food & event photography as well as corporate & magazine shots she is progressively turning into a well sort after photographer!
Cecie and Kelly the CEO met in Dubai over 3 years ago and started their working relationship in the events industry, With Cecie’s great organization and people skills the opportunity to work with her was too great to pass on, so she was snapped up by Lush ceo Kelly Marie.
Cecie is now the Operation Manager for Lush group and although is ready to have a baby she is eager to carry on working as much as she can before and after the baby is born.
Cecie is a born networker and you could always catch her out and about at Dubai’s most exclusive venues!
Christiana Demetriou
PA to CEO / Accountant & Event Manager
Christiana is the newest recruit to the Lushgroupme team and to the UAE. With experience in the fast paced City of London her background in banking and accountancy makes her ideally suited to any fast growing event company.
With a BA Honours in Business Management she felt it was a natural progression to move to this exciting and rapidly developing area.
In her short time at Lushgroupme, Christiana has proved to be an asset to the team. Her successful track record of becoming an Accounting Technician has helped propel the team forward and enable them to take on additional and more significant clients.
She is an extremely self motivated individual who is able to work autonomously as well as part of a wider cohesive team. She has a great eye for detail, and is able to delegate effectively. As such she has already been able to take a leadership role in some of our more corporate events
Ayman Daher
Event Manager
Is an experienced event manager, starting off in the event industry when he was just 18 years old as a freelancer in Dubai and has built a well
Trusted name for himself, his 1st large event was mountain dew X-Games which went off with a bang as his special surprise guest Justin
Timberlake made an appearance, he then carried on managing events for sports companies and Red bull.
Ayman Studied at EMDI and graduated as Event Manager.
His last job was HOD at Emirates Grand Hotel which gave him the hospitality experience which gives him a added advantage in his career.
Now Ayman has recently joined Lush group and is Director of events, He Looks forward to planning your event and sharing his ideas with you ;)
